Appleの認定証が届かない
2月にAppleのヘルプデスクスペシャリスト(ACHDS)に合格していたのですが、2ヶ月以上待っても認定証が届く気配がありませんでした。
（当時）Appleのホームページには2～3週間で届くと書いてありました・・・。
そして、Webにあった問い合わせフォーム（現在はすでに無い）やask-aj-certification@group.apple.comに直接メールで問い合わせても回答もないという始末でした・・・。
どういうサポート体制になってるんだか、と、ちょっとうんざりでした。
ところが、5月に入って、「"Apple Certification" applecert@apple.com」というアドレスから「Welcome to the new Apple Certification Records System」という件名のメールが届きました。

たぶん、合格時にもこのメールが届いていたんだと思いますが、SPAMメールとして削除ちゃってたっぽいです。（笑）
そして、合格して3ヶ月経過してもアクセスがないため再送されてきたようでした。
メールを読んで、URLにあるhttp://i7lp.integral7.com/appleにアクセスし、自分のTech IDや住所などを記述して登録しました。英語のサイトなので、いちおう住所も英語で記述しました。
で、肝心の認定証はというとしばらく待っても届く気配がありません・・・。
再度、http://i7lp.integral7.com/appleにアクセスし、メニューにある「New Incident」から質問をしました。
システムが変わったらしく郵送ではなく、「mycertificate@alom.com」なるところからPDFファイルとしてメール送信されてくるとのことでした。
数日後、以下のメッセージとともに送られてきました。
ちゃんとした認定証が欲しいなら、お金を出して購入するんだってさ・・・。
